By using this site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in the Massachusetts in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement or use of this website. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action that you may have arising out of or related to use of the site or these Terms of Use must be filed by you within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
