The Fiscal Year of the ARS, Inc. starts on June 1 of every year and end on May 31 of the next year.
Following the closure of the financial year, the ARS, Inc. International Office prepares the financial documents, which are reviewed by the Accountant.
Following the Accountant’s review, the ARS, Inc. invites the independent auditors to examine the ARS Inc.’s financial documents and reports for the fiscal year under review and present a detailed report to the ARS, Inc. Central Executive Board.
The last stage of the financial reporting is the preparation of the FORM 990, required by US Law. The report is then presented to the US Authorities, together with a copy of the report prepared by the independent auditors.
