Artsakh: New Year Celebration for the Parents of Martyred Freedom Fighters

On December 30, 2009, the ARS chapter in Artsakh offered its year-end surprise by organizing a New Year celebration for the parents and families of martyred freedom fighters. Last year, the ARS Artsakh Executive started organizing New Year celebration for deaf and mute children.
